Solutions for Safety & Compliance

Safety and compliance are mission-critical, but often perceived by employees as “just another requirement.” Cedar goes beyond reciting rules and regulations, by designing case-based training that immerses the learner in their world on the job. Cedar works with clients to ensure that cases can be easily identified with the workplace, are generation appropriate, and mimic activities that happen before, during, and after common workplace incidents. Learners practice not only resolving incidents, but also preventing incidents from occurring in the first place. Cedar has designed compliance and safety training in a variety of modalities, including completely online with back-end record-keeping for OSHA compliance and risk management purposes.
