He has published two books on the subject of project management and website development, along with numerous articles on instructional design and development. He founded Cedar Interactive in 1998 to help organizations improve performance through the appropriate application of learning technology.

She has a wealth of experience in managing successful projects and wearing multiple hats including: project/account/client relationship manager, performance consultant, learning architect and instructional designer. Carole’s multi-disciplined expertise has been cultivated through her work on projects for clients large and small across many industries.
